I did include myself in the user voice for Teams. So, in conclusion our bandwidth is not the issue with the poor video quality with Teams. Once you have a few people on and their videos are tiny you cant notice anymore. But it will be max 720P in teams. They do swing by now and then but Id suggest creating a ticket instead and sort this out in that case, I have exactly the same experience. If i open Teams in the browser, i have a good quality. FYI, just downloaded zoom, and tested with 3 users and video quality is perfect, as you'd expect - so this doesn't seem to be a bandwidth issue, but a specific issue with Teams ? on

I found many customers have the same issue in Microsoft Teams. I am on Teams ever day without any problems. Even the other end see a mindcraft view. Persistent Poor Audio/Video Quality when Speaking on MS Teams meeting despite ample bandwidth, Turned off hardware acceleration on PC and Mac - no difference, Reinstalled in PC and Mac - no difference. @jsquaredz- The issue seems far more severe with high quality cameras. I have tried the cache resolution, that did nothing. In my demo, the video was lagging. Stream is encoded in 6 second bursts and it is a known issue that the first 6-18 seconds can be blurry.
